I work at a local BMW dealership and wanted to know how much a lease would be on a 2012 X5 3.5i sport activity package with navigation and BMW Apps. My SA told me with 10,000 miles a year (Hawaii too small of an island to rack up miles) and $800 due at signing for $552.03/month. What do you guys say?

Something sounds too good to be true. The promo rate on bmwusa for SA with nothing in it is $699. Is this something off the lot that was used as a test driver? Maybe its a car they got stuck with and can't sell. Interesting for sure. What are the colors?

I actually work at a dealership, hence the price. I'm thinking of Alpine white with Oyster or Black leather. I also want navigation in it. Debating if I should add the M Package as well.

I'm on the other forums as well, looking into a 535i M Package, Prem 1 &2. Alpine white with Oyster or Black leather combo as well for $604/month.

So many decisions

Both cars are different, obviously a car and SAV.

Hey everyone! I'm going to buy a car below invoice and you can't. Do you think I should do it? Or should I go buy a Mazda CX-9 for $1000 over invoice?

I wish I could get that rate. If this is the car you want this should be a done deal. I don't see the M Package being worth it myself but then again you would get it for what we would get a normal one for. DO IT NAOW
