M sport suspension?

Hi

I have a 3.0 is M sport and I have been wondering, does m sport have different suspension to regular X5's?

My ride is quite hard but I realized this a while back when I was on the BMW website and one of the options for the M sport was M sport suspension delete.

I am also considering lowering it so this might mean that I have to get different springs, right?
