SVTFreak is on a distinguished road
i have some questions and remarks

First my question is will the bolt pattern on wheels be the same for a e70 as it was for a e53. and if so is the hub the same as well as back spacing.

Im also having whats called by my kids the "neck breaker" sydrome. A little to much gas pedal and boom necks are breaking in the back seat, and just lightly on the pedal and cars behind us are giving me the go to hell look and honking for going to slow. what gives, i have had it programmed twice which it has not been fixed yet. is there one now?

also are the keys able to be programmed to indiv. drivers? I thought they were when we first got the X5 i remember my key would put the driver seat in my position when i unlocked it with the button. sincethe reprog it doesnt seem to do this anymore. i have turned on all the setting in idrive......

next question my 08 X5 4.8is will not see my iphone 4g. I have not tried linking bluetooth yet since this is my wifes car. But we took it on a road trip and the whole time my iphone would not play thru the USB connection. I thought it would because thats how it works with my pioneer system in my work truck and the factory sync system in my F250.

now for a report.... we took the X5 on a trip logging a little over 1200 miles. avg. fuel economy was 22.4 mpg. pretty good i suspect since my wife usually ranges in the 14.5 to 15.5 range on her daily commute of intown driving. overall im happy with the performance and road worthiness the X5 provided. never skipped a beat, was very comfortable and smooth riding. and the kids were entertained with the DVD system and psp's going. I miss my room of the ford excursion diesel we had prior but the x held its own.... great trip thanks BMW
