Auxiliary fan Speed

I had a problem with the E70 AC and the dealer changed the AC compressor and condenssor. After that, I noticed that the Auxiliary fan (which is under the hood) is running at the highest speed when I switch on the AC. This also happens when I am driving in the highway.

Sometime it goes slower but most of the time it runs so fast and create so much noise. I don't remember this sound was there before (temp is around 40 C).

Any idea on what could be the reason for this, what could be the fix and is there any option in the computer program to control the auxiliary fan speed.
