Spilled gas on rear deck
1. Does anyone have a good idea how to clean? I can't get the smell out 2. Does anyone know how to get the cover out of the car? 3. If I can't get the smell out, does anyone know the part number for the cover? Thanks |

I've recently had a nasty battery spill in the back of our X3 and have tried everything to clean it up to no avail. However, I called a local dealership and they said it would only cost about £150 for them to replace and wouldn't need booking in in advance. I haven't got round to getting it done yet since I start a new job tomorrow and need to wait to see what my schedule's like. I put off calling the dealership for ages since I thought they'd charge about ten times that.
