Auxiliary fan Speed

I had a problem with the E70 AC and the dealer changed the AC compressor and condenssor. After that, I noticed that the Auxiliary fan (which is under the hood) is running at the highest speed when I switch on the AC. This also happens when I am driving in the highway.

Sometime it goes slower but most of the time it runs so fast and create so much noise. I don't remember this sound was there before (temp is around 40 C).

Any idea on what could be the reason for this, what could be the fix and is there any option in the computer program to control the auxiliary fan speed. ...

I think this is normal. At 40C or 110F the car is 'fighting' to get as much air as possible over the AC coils... the added external heat and engine heat force the highest fan speed.

I assume at night when the air temp is cooler it runs at a bit slower speed?

Almost all cars will switch on this fan when the AC kicks on....

I had the car for two years and this sound was not there. It is so noisy. I think the fan controler or heat sensor is defected. What do you think?

Before this fix, the AC was blowing cold air very fast, and now it takes more time (even with the noisy fan speed).

I will take appointment for a service at the dealer and will ask to check the car computer. I was told that this can be configured (I mean the fan speed).

Any more ideas please

auxuliary fan high speed running continuously and noisy could mean your SAV water pump has a problem.
