2011 X5M wheels on a 2008 X5??
Does anyone know if wheels off of a 2011 X5M will fit on my 2008 X5? I can't seem to get a straight answer from the dealership. The wheels are 21x10 in the front and 21x11.5 in the rear. They are OEM BMW wheels. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

the fronts will fit. The rears will not unless you bore out the center.

Thanks for the help it's greatly appreciated! Mavic- Do you know the cost associated with boring out a wheel..or is it to much of a hassle? Kinda new to this stuff. Secondly if I were to put my stock x5 rims on a x 5m would I need an adapter or something? Stephen..nice car btw!

Imo, a decent machine shop or, auto joint with a tradesman that cares, can easily bore out that hub dia to fit...
it's ~ 72mm out to ~74mm. There are a couple threads on the Board where posters have reported good success with the process. It isn't like doing an clean up or over bore on engine cylinders. Cost? I am guessing $2 Bens tops...inc. tip. Typical dlr sales gang: don't know crap from shinola... GL, mD

I'm thinking of getting the wheel spacers from turnermotorsports.com..any thoughts? Would it push the wheel out past the fender? The wheels are the 215's off of a 2011 x5m in black. Anyone used a wheel spacer with a 21x11?
