Check out a company called (shockingly) bumperplugs.com
I've used them for stuff on my 996TT. Overpriced, but flawless |

I just used Eric at Bumperplugs.com to produce them for my 2012 X5 in Alpine white. They were perfect. I have also used them on my 911.

If you are speaking of filling the plastic area, the specialty department bin at lowe's has plugs of various diameters that come in matte black that fit the bill pretty well. Problem with them is if your dealer torqued the crap out of the screws making the plastic warp outward, they won't sit flush, requiring you to cut or trim the bulging plastic off.
