Yes they will. All E70 X5s have same wheel fitment.

You did not say what car your snow tire 18s came from. I used to have 18" snow tires (BMW style 209) 255/55 R18 on my 2008 X5 4.8i with sports package. I had actually bought wheel spacers to put on the rear hubs but I returned those (as I sold the wheels). |

My stock wheels (2009 M Sport Package) are 20's. My winter set up is 18" Style 210.
They should fit with no problem.
