Workshop Service Manual

This is my first post here, so forgive me if this information has been posted before, but nothing came up on my forum search. I am not new to BMWs and have written extensively on diagnostics on other forums, but I have just graduated to a used E70 X5 3.0sd and am looking for a factory service manual for the diesel engines. Managed to purchase a good quality, comprehensive service manual from Tradebit, but it doesn't have any reference to the diesel engined X5's. I have TIS but was looking for something a bit more user-friendly (like a .pdf style manual). Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

newtis is searchable. (although admittedly it really is a poor search tool)

And it grows on you.

However, it may not exist forever.... Id love to have a local copy on my own server.

Finally, I just dont trust anything non-authoritative. someone cobbles together a Pdf, even Bently, all of these you run the risk of not having that **one** thing that is needed for your task. (And while they include a disclaimer on this, it is clearly a copy of the real BMW system.)

Good luck, if you DO find a good replacement, please post it here!
