Thats the width of the front, so no. Once you go 315 in the rear, you will need the flares.

But if I didn't go staggered (if I kept front and rear at 275), I wouldn't need flares at either end, right?

If the wheel width is the same as the front (ie. 10") then you can get away with not putting any - just. Putting 275 on the staggered rim width of 11" will still require the flares.
