336 or 214 20" Wheels on 2008 Pre-LCI E70 X5 currently equiped with 210 18" Stocks

I'm looking into upgrading my stock 18" style 210 wheels with either 20" style 336 or 214 wheels.
Question:
1. Are these wheels plug and play for my car? Do I have to worry about bore, spacers, etc? I understand I do have to buy the wheel arch extension if I go 20", but do I need anything else or mods?

2. Will my current TPMS work from 18" style 210s? Will I be able to re-use without buying a new set?

Thank you so much! I tried searching but couldn't find the information I needed.
