Driver seat clicking
Since day 1 i noticed driver seat clicking at unexpected moments. When I make a turn it would click, but next turn it wouldn't, then when I apply brake or hit the gas, or when I shift my weight, etc.. but not continuously. So it would be extremely difficult for dealer to replicate.
It is not a bothersome movement but the noise is annoying because it gives the feeling that something is not stable. It's as if there is a little teeth in one of the gears that keeps losing the grip and moves tiny bit, or the seat is not properly "seated".

Surprising that nobody else had this issue, the clicking is getting more and more frequent.

I think I know what you are talking about. The passenger seat has been doing it for a few days a little while ago. This happens when I come to a stop. With someone sitting in it, of course (usually my wife). It doesn't happen constantly, and hard to reproduce, even when trying to move and shake the seat violently. I was about to get mad and drive to the dealer but then it stopped. Just like tooth pain stops when you are about to go to the dentist
 .I drove yesterday with my wife, and didnt hear this.

Passenger seat
My Passenger seat does this when occupied. Seems to be coming from the back of the seat, but hard to debug when I'm driving. Seems to be somewhat temperature dependant also.
Open to ideas and suggestions.

It is not related to overall movement of the chair, rather than the person sitting on it. Simply put it feels like the overall weight shift somehow causes this. Not the minimal movement in chair. It might be the lumbar support because I feel it more on the back towards the bottom than anywhere else. This is also probably why we can't replicate it, we may need someone sitting on it and, and then again, it is very difficult to simulate driving conditions naturally.
If any one of us got someone we trust enough to let them drive freely and make turns and accelerations while we go down in back seat and try to pinpoint it, this may be the only way because nobody else will realize how much the clicking annoys the driver.

You are 100% right on the description.
It's not about the person moving in the seat, it's when their weight shifts. on turns primarily. I seem to notice it much more than the passenger or anyone else... Need 3 people, one driving, one in the passanger seat and me in the back listening and trying different things to make it better, worse or stop. It does seem to happen more when the temp is lower...
