Anyone interested in assuming a GREAT lease on an 11 35d?

I have enjoyed - thoroughly enjoyed - my 2011 X5 35d for almost a year now. I was back and forth between the X5 and the Cayenne and for a host of good reasons I ordered the X5. Bottom line: I am still lusting for the Cayenne and may pull the trigger.

Good news: I think that I negotiated a GREAT lease on my X5. Here are the details:

Other Options: Running Boards, Roof Rails, Heated Rear Seats, iPod adapter, Satellite radio

STICKER $64,375
Lease expiration: May 2014
Lease end buy out: $35,406

I put down $2,600 cap cost reduction and $5,600 in MSD's which brought the grand total down to $717.41 per month plus sales tax.

Great question- sorry that I missed that.
It is a 12,000 mile/year lease and I am tracking close to that.
Lease expires 5/20/14 and has approx. 26,500 miles remaining.

It is in excellent condition.
Never smoked in.
Garaged.
All but 200 miles were driven by the same driver.

Is it the early or late 2011 model? In other words, does it have Corona LEDs?

Not to hijack but what's considered (build date) a 'late' 2011.
