Body shop in lower NY? Need 2007 X5 fenders replaced/painted

After recently moving into an apartment with a tight parking garage, I've caused some minor blemishes on both of my fender corners. They're just scrapes, no cracks or anything. Now, in my experience, these need to be replaced and cannot be repaired. If someone thinks/knows otherwise, please do tell.

I have a 2007 Sapphire Black Metallic with headlight washers. If anyone knows of a reputable and inexpensive (not cheap, just not crazy prices) in the lower NY state area, please let me know. I've searched the forums and the 'net and don't seem to have much luck.
