I went with 20mm Rear and 12mm Front. Think it looks pretty good!

From the pics, I think the rears are sticking out a little too far, but that is just my opinion.

Yes, I agree at some angles the rears look out a bit far. But other angles I think it looks great. I'm gonna live with it and see how I feel in a month. At least, I can happily say I have ZERO rubbing. Rubbing was a big problem on my M3, so I am thrilled that the X5 does not rub at all. There appears to be plenty of room for even wider spacers up front if anyone is curious.

Got ya. Also, sometimes it can be hard to tell from photos, so it may look a little different in person.

it does look a bit wider than mine and they're 20mm as well... especially seeing the 3rd pic.
