I saw a previous list where neither BMW was on the list but both the Q5 and Q7 were on there. Just a new-model-year release timing thing?

The other thing is these are supposed to be cars already on the lot correct? Surprised since many Xs are ordered... do you know what % is typically ordered vs. stocked?

I wouldn't have guessed X3 and X5 at all. Pretty impressive considering their pricepoint.

As already mentioned, most X's are ordered, so no wonder they're being moved off the lots quickly. Also, I suspect BMW manipulates numbers by converting existing slow-moving unpopular models into 'loaners', 'demos', etc.

No sure what's wrong with 650i convertible, I guess it's the looks - compared to Merc SL, it's just too plain.

I recall reading in Roundel mag that they sell ~a few hundred a year, here in the US.
