Quick Question Regarding Wheels....
Good Morning All,
I just took off my '08 wheels. They are originial BMW OEM wheels for the 4.8i X5 with the Sports Package option (20x9.5 and 20x10.5). The wheels are in excellent condition. How much should I try to sell them for? I have a standing offer for $500.

The wheels come without the following:
*Center Caps,
*TPMS, and
*Lug nuts.

$500 sounds low..FYI especially with TPMS sensors on.

They are the silver y-spoked wheels. See below for pics. They are a little dirty from the brake dust but they are in excellent condition.

They don't have the TPMS sensors.

I saw a used set on ebay go for about $1000 + shipping. If you cleaned them up you might even get more.

I agree that your 'standing offer' is a very low ball.
Worth a grand or close to it.
To sell them on this board, one has to be a Premo member.

Thanks. I haven't tried eBay but will do so after I clean them up. However, I do have them listed on Craigslist for $800. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the information. I think I'm just going to clean them up (after it finish raining) and list them on eBay.

Duh. And you said that!

Agree with the other posts- if you listed at $800, don't go under.

Stock wheels are actually some of the best wheels sold, except the very high end aftermarket. Actually once winter rolls around, and leaves begin to fall, people with summer rubber on 20" rims will be looking for rims and you would have NO PROBLEM getting 1k. IMO
