Don't have an iphone so can't tell you for sure, but I don't see why not.

IT auto connects most of the time. Every 10-15 times I'll have to repair it for some reason. It also will transfer automatically to BT phone system when a call comes in.

Mine does not even show the audio option under BT. Its a 2010 with the upgraded audio package. I got an 09 330 loaner and it had the audio option under BT
