Please help 2009 x5 4.8

hi all it has been awhile since i posted...i am looking at a cpo 2009 x5 4.8 with 31k with tech/cold weather and premium packages from a bmw dealer and i would really appreciate any advice and input from the membership...i had an 2005 4.4 and had numerous issues especially with the tranny being the biggest problem.. famous hard 1-2 and 2-1 shifts and it eventually had to be changed... are the e70's any better...the one i am looking at the dealer is asking $38500 and he said that is the bottom line...what do you think....thanks rob

Looks like you will have 100k warranty that should take care of the major stuff. Other than the mileage being poor, they are great!
