Great day at the PC
- The X5 plant is no longer open for tours, given the model changeover. We toured the X3 plant instead. - During the driving event we could see the new X5 (camouflaged) being tested on a steep hill nearby. - The PC team did a fantastic job with the driving event and customized it for our group. We started out driving the new M5, along with the M3 and X6M, around the track. The M3 is my favorite for the track, but the M5 is pretty insane. We also took the X5's on the off road course, raced against the clock in 335i's, and finished the day with instructors driving hot laps in the M3's. A great experience and one our group will be talking about for a while.

It looks like you guys had a blast
Imho the new M5 looks like a 3 series. Not really liking the lines on the hood and all over the car. The body on the E60 was way more aggressive. Just my opinion of course

By an M and you get a free day of M driving school for free. Go flog one of their cars and use their tires for a day!

Other way around. The new 3-series looks like a 5-series. The 5-series was redesigned prior to the new 3-series. They "stole" that front end design from the 5-series, it seems. My opinion, anyway.

I saw the new M5 at the dealer the other day when I picked up my car. I had to do a double take and triple take to verify that it was an M5, the new 3 series looks so much like it. Definitely a sweet ride and looks great in person.

We've done a few pizza parties too, so guilty on that count...The team was pretty psyched by the whole experience. A good investment IMO.

The driving experience in the new M5 is much better than the styling. I still think Ford Taurus or Kia every time I see the front quarter-panel. Amazing car nonetheless.
