X5 E70 Transmission Adaptation Values

I was hoping someone may have insight on my transmission clutch adaptation values. I'm using ISTA and read my current values and they're posted below.

Do these look within spec or wildly out of spec? I'm looking around and can't find much data on appropriate spec.

Existing adaptation values of the automatic transmission:

Clutch fill pressures:
Clutch A: 329.0
Clutch B: 362.0
Clutch C: 234.0
Clutch D: 294.0
Clutch E: -450.0

Rapid fill times:
Clutch A: 38.0
Clutch B: 19.0
Clutch C: 13.0
Clutch D: 0.0
Clutch E: 108.0

No idea what they mean either, but as a comparison I had:

Fill pressures
Clutch A: -118
Clutch B: 109
Clutch C: -171
Clutch D: 207
Clutch E: -24

Fill times
Clutch A: 28
Clutch B: 4
Clutch C: -12
Clutch D: 0
Clutch E: 9

Yeah I cant see anything either in ISTA or INPA that suggests proper value ranges. I reset the adapts and drove it around a few times so I’ll post the updated values soon.

Interesting information! That makes me wonder about my clutch E time! It’s wayyyy over the 40ms!
