POLL: Would you come to an X 'homecoming?'

First off, if anyone knows how to create a poll on this forum please let me know or, by all means, repost this.

I'm interested in knowing how many US-built X owners would be interested in coming to a 'homecoming' at the plant in Spartanburg (SC), like they did with the Z3s.

Of course, it would be in the summer, probably July or August, and would include a plant tour and some time at the Performance Center.

I'm having dinner with a corporate exec next week who is a veteran of BMW US Manufacturing and a family friend, and he was somewhat interested in gauging the response to a mass meeting of X-owners since they've d/c'd the Roadster's homecoming.

I live in Montreal and will travel to Spartanburg somewhere on august 013 to visit the factory, althought i'll be driving my z4 instead of my X5 it'll be great to gather whit you.

It's easy to create a poll if that's what you want to do. You already know how to create a thread. At the bottom of that thread page is this option:

Maybe even generate some accessory manufacturers interest.

Is there anything else to do in Spartanburg...how far is the tail of the dragon that would be cool to have a run through the tail of the dragon with a bunch of Xs. It looks like the tail of the dragon is reasonably close that would be fun.

The tail is just a couple hours drive from Spartanburg, I'd done it whit my car, but whit a 5000lb X I'm not sure!
