Unless you plan on tracking it or live in a hot climate, doesn't seem worth the $.
Plus, horsepower claims from Dinan can be "interpretive" based on recent experience with my e36 track car.

Honestly, I am happy with Dinan's stage 2 tune. I will calc HP once I get it to the track.
Anything that reduces the intake air temperature, will help, I am curious how much it will actually help. I am thinking that I will do the intercoolers when Dinan comes out with an updated air box and add what ever tune they reccomend. Thenk once out of warranty, add down pipes and be done. (hopefully.) |

Just as an FYI, I am not a Dinan fanboy. I am happy with their products so far; but, the real key is that my BMW dealer is my Dinan dealer. So I should have no issues with any potential warranty work.
Once out of warranty, I will explore other improvements that will improve performance and keep a very stock look and sound. |
