What type of Spark Plugs to go for e70 4.8?

Hello guys:

I'm thinking about changing spark plugs at around 80k, what brand should I go for? NGK or oem bmw? It's a 4.8 e70. Thank for the input!

I looked around on this question and the part number I found for the OEM spark plugs on the N62 engine look to be NGK but not sure if they are Bosch. I am going to go with NGK and match the OEM spec (NGK Lazer Iridium).
