E70 Rear seat dvd remote program?
Hello. I have 11 x5 10/05 production and it was missing a remote for rear seat entertainment. I have read online that it needs to be programmed!? Besides going to the dealer is there an alternative way, such as programming yourself or Android or iPhone app that can be used instead of a factory remote?

I have one for sale if your interested. Almost new. When I had my E70 4.8i, I went to my local dealer (Pace BMW, Portchester NY). I went in for an oil change and mentioned it to my service guy and they programmed it no charge.

Ya I bought one 6 months ago but forgot about it and this thread reminded me about ... How to program it ?
