X5M square tire setup
Just picked up some 22x10.5's in a square setup, Was going to do 295/30/22 and 315/30/22 But was thinking maybe 315's on all 4 corners... Anybody done it yet? It's for my 2010 x5m... just wanted to see how the steering wheel effort/turn in changed |

I spoke with a reputable wheel shop in south florida, the owner recommended that same setup all around for my x5m as well. He said it will look awesome he did it on an x6m fills the wells nicely and he said no issues on rubs or turning. Let me know how it turns out if you do it....

Ive upsized both the TT and M5. Steering effort goes up, but both cars feel much better. The understeer is gone, front tires last longer.
I'd never run 30 profile 22s, but thats a whole nuther story.... your overall ride and handling should be pretty bad. Can you swap your current front and rears, see what it feels like? A PS What tires do they make in that size???? Last edited by ard; 04-10-2013 at 01:33 AM. |
