do you mean you've found the option in idrive and it still didn't work or you didn't find it?
to rule out the alarm speaker, does your alarm sound when you hold down the keyfob trunk button which would normally set off the alarm?

Yes I've found the option on the idrive. I went outside and held down on the trunk button, the hazard light came on but no sound. So does this mean the alarm speaker is mess up?? How to fix the alarm speaker?? Where is it located at??
