Windows, mirror adj., ext lights don't work

Hey. I'm Ina market for a 35d x5. I have found a 2010 my but it has strange issues. While driving I noticed that turn signals don't work, neither does hazard lights. Then I wanted to open a window, none of the windows work. Then I wanted to adjust the external mirrors they don't work either. What is wrong ?? I'm thinking some kind of a body computer?? The battery was dead when we try to start it. Car runs pretty smoothly. Any ideas? Ohh and the external lights: headlamps are on all the time regardless of the switch position. Tail lights don't turn on even when I switch them to on( night driving would be an issue without tail lamps on) brake lights work though.

Flood car? Water damage?

I suppose a fault like this could just 'happen', but I've never heard of this in 40k posts. Something needed to cause this.

What did the dealer say? Car is under warranty, right?

It doesn't look like it. I looked in the trunk and lower panels and I couldn't spot any water marks. The dealer is not a BMW it's some Russians running a lot. They took it right away to their mechanic to check it out. An no , no warranty. It's 2010 with 65k . One owner.

You are out of your mind if you think there is any possible future owning this car.

Did you google the VIN, run a flood check, etc, etc????????????? All that is zero cost.

I did all that. Carfax is clean, google doesn't say much. I'm thinking same thing to abandon it and look for another car.

Lol...the car is in Florida. Vin is Vin #: 5UXFF0C51ALT76740 . It's a clean car except for this nonsense. It need new tires in rear, new egr cooler, and trunk is missing spare tire and that pressure lifter that lifts the cover for spare tire . Outsiders awesome except for some sun punishment

this is how a title is cleaned for salvaged cars, it is taken outside of the state and a new, fresh title is obtained...

i still would not trust russians but it is more of a professional distrust than anything else...
