Aftermarket Warranty for X5 - ASC Vehicle Protection Plan

So I'm on the hunt for an X5 and found one that meets all my requirements, but has a little more miles than I would desire. Its an 08 4.8si with 80k on the clock, but in discussion with the owner he purchased (and is transferrable) a premium warranty package through ASC Warranty Vehicle Protection Plan for up to 2017 or 100k, of which he noted it includes everything including electronics / NAV. I drive ~8K a year so I could possibly almost stretch that out for 3 years which is plenty long for my plans on this E70 X5.

Question is, has anybody had any experience with this company? My current Escalade has an aftermarket warranty through "SecureNet" and it has been fantastic, 2 visits, no questions asked, no deductible, free rental car, replaced 2 ball joints, wheel bearing and a tie rod end WITH it lowered and still did not question it. I could only hope thie "ASC" is comparable.

Their contract conditions include free roadside assistance, free rental car, direct payment of repairs - no I pay then get reimbursed, NO DEDUCTIBLE, can take the car to ANY ASE certified shop..

From their website, which is promising if accurate:

Now celebrating our 26th year of helping dealers sell more cars!

Don't have any experience with that company, but don't look just at what is covered or not, look at the language around cause of failure, which is more important. Does it cover wear and tear, or just defects?
