CCV valve on 2007 E70 4.8i

I noticed while replacing my CCV valve on my 2007 4.8i X5, there is a blank where the CCV valve is located on the passenger side valve cover! AM I missing something here? There is clearly one that I replaced on the drivers side valve cover.

** Post a photo and include the CCV hose for that side **

There was an update for cold climate conditions that included a new passenger side valve cover and they moved the valve to the CCV hose

This is not the case since my vehicle was manufactured 10/07. On my X5 the CCV valve location is missing from the cylinder 5-8 valve cover. All the pictures on the BMW parts schematic clearly shows it is there... I'm still scratching my head!

My bad! I was wrong! I found it! It was covered in some rubberized foam.
