Thumbs down AVOID NEXONMOTORS!!!

Hi

i had purchased a customized steering wheel for my e70 in september 6 2013.Before i had paid i was told it would be done in 2-3 weeks if i paid deposit of around 1000us.so i had transfer the funds to nexonmotors.i was busy with other projects and work so didn't have time for steering wheel so i had left it and see when is nexonmotors going to let me know when this steering is finished.Since the day i had paid to 3 november i did not even receive any kind of reply or update.on 3 november i had sent an email to Ismail Pasamoglu nexonmotors (Izzy jones) Demanding my refund for deposit since i am now not interested in his products and poor services anymore. He replied that they have been busy with the sema and my steering wheel is finished and he will send it or a refund.i had choosen the refund and he has agreed.and that he will get to it on the following wednesday when he gets back from sema. That was the last time i had contact with nexonmotors through email.they had avoided my emails.i had contacted them by phone someone picked up and i had explain everything and he gave me his email and told me to send him the details and he will get back to me.i had sent him the email and it has been weeks with no reply and no communication i had tried calling them again numerous times but with no success.
has anyone had any similar experiences.?This has got to be the worst transaction i have ever done.

noobi101:

I don't know, but if the emails you sent Izzy look like the one above, he probably cannot understand the message (grammar, punctuation, etc).

Good luck!

Sorry you had an unpleasant experience but I don't really know what it was because that run on paragraph was too much work to read, so I didn't.
