Coffee mugs

Hello, I am new to this forum. I just picked up my new-to-me X5.

I know this is kind of lame, but I am a coffee drinker. I want to upgrade from 16oz to 24 oz thermos and I am not sure which ones fit the E70. I had issues in my E60 because few coffee mugs would fit. Even the BMW ones did not (16 oz).

E70 cupholders look like they can support larger mugs, but I thought I would still ask. I will probably buy something soon on Amazon. I assume there are other addicts on here, so advice is appreciated.

Oh and here is my old E60 on the track (no coffee on the track ):

And the new hotness - 2011 X5M - just picked her up two weeks ago:

Yep, black grille seems like the first mod that people do.

LED halos is another mod I have been researching. LuxV4 seems like the way to go. But I hear they flicker when you turn off the car (during the dimming procedure).

Welcome and congrats to the new sled.

Did you get rid of your m5? I remember all the problems you had with your s85.
This should hold better.

I hope it holds better. I finally traded in the M5. I had an S54 and S85 go bad to the point of needing replacements. Hope 3rd time is the charm.

M5 was holding up great in the last few years after everything was sorted out (over 50k in repairs). It's was repaired at a dealer and with new parts. Ext warranty FTW.
I actually miss it a lot now. Maybe I get a newer M5 in the near future. Or the F80 M3.
