2008 E70 Missing Sirius Channels 11 & 12 & others

I have a mixture of Sirius, XM and SiriusXM radios in my cars and home theater systems. My 2008 E70 is of the Sirius flavor. My subscription is a valid "Sirius Select" version. For some strange reason my 2008 BMW X5 does not list a few of the channels that my other non-BMW radios with the same subscription can see. I'm fairly certain it's my radio.

Can someone with a 2008 BMW X5 (E70) and Sirius SAT radio confirm if you can access the following channels? I can't on my X5 but can on other cars.

11 - KIIS-Los Angeles
12 - Z100/NY
113 - FOX Business

Others (don't care so much, but should be there):
141, 142, 143, 147, 148, 151, 152, 153, 154, 156, 158, 164, 165, 167, 168, 171, 172

Perhaps you have the same problem?

Anyone? Do you have channels 11 & 12 on your SiriusXM OEM radio? What model year X5?
