Anyone experience this, when driving

So I have been noticing, whenever I turn on the car and start driving off the parking lot, my Car is doing a little Jerking motion, any ideas what can be causing this?

Thank You

Could your brakes be grabbing? When this happens are you usually parked for a lengthy amount of time?

Yes but I'm guessing you put it in drive or reverse immediately after starting it. Wait for the RPMs to drop below 1000 and it won't happen.

Are your idles dropping at traffic lights occasionally? Bad fuel injectors maybe. I had the same issue and it wasn't a result of me driving off immediately after starting (I usually let me car warm up regardless of temp). Dealer just found a badly deteriorated crankshaft breather hose, I'm hoping that resolved it.
