Return To The X5 World & XOutpost
Just purchased another X5 after trading my 06 X5 in on an M6 back in 2010. Am keeping my M6 as I could never imagine enjoying a car as much as I have the M6. Now have a 2011 35d to look nice next to the M6. I'll get a pic of the cars next to each other soon and post it. Anyone still around that was here back in 2006-2009?

I saved that pic of your e53 with the big/tall winter tires stuffed into the wheel wells, when any question came up on tall winter tires. Us old e53 posters are thinning out. See you have a good e70 diesel. Good to read you, and you managed to dodge the bad guys in your work. GL, mD

I'll get to em buddy! After spending most of the last 3 years in Afghanistan I'm even more pissed off at the current administration and how the military is being degraded & put in harms way because of BS rules of engagement mandated for us.

I was here back at that time, I had an '05 E53. Traded it on a Tahoe in Oct 2010. Within the next year I'm getting ready to take the plunge and buy another X5.
Lol, the Tahoe is nearly perfect. Always starts, never has left me stranded, never had a warning light come on. Got me through 16" of snow like it wasn't even there. But darn it, I still miss my old X5.
