35d Winter tires

I am looking to buy winter tires and rims for my 2011 35d, Factory wheels are 255/50/r19

I am thinking of going little smaller like 255/55/r18

I saw an add for rims with following,

"bolt pattern is 5x120 and Offset is 38MMR"

Just wondering will these rims fit my X5? Any advice greatly appreciated.
