2007 e70 4.8l crankshaft position sensor location

Can someone point me to the location of the sensors? Are their really 4 sensors on this particular car? I bought 4 of them which says to be the correct ones but when I pull out one the old ones, they look bigger. So I’m just wondering if I’m pulling the actual cam sensor out of my car or something else.

I think it should be next to the dipstick towards the front of the vehicle. I will double check too.

Someone said it's underneath the car and attached to the tranny. More specifically, nearby the oil filter. I'll check this weekend to confirm as I suspect mine need to be replaced.
