Rough Idle at startup...sometimes

Ok, so I picked up the car two days ago and so far I haven't gotten the wiggles when starting up cold (fingers crossed), here is what they endd up doing:

- Oil Change / Filter Change
- Gas filter
- EGR cleaning
- Inlet manifold cleaning
- Injector cleaner

Like I said before he mentioned that the inlet manifold was full of soot as well as the egr valve. I´ll check back in a week or so to report.

I'm having a issue similar to the OP. I notice when back out of my driveway (steep incline) the truck jitters, it almost a lerching effect. It only dose it on the initial start of the day.

Two years in and the issue didt go away, in very cold weather the jitters were hardcore. Replaced the battery two weeks ago and the problem has dissapeard. Started the car in 2 degree C and nothing. Im thinking the glowplugs didnt stay on long enough for the engone to warm up, but its strange that the car diagnostics wouldnt pick it up. When taken to inspection the faulty glow plug appeared again, so maybe the lack of power to gp showed up as faulty plugs?!
