Thumbs up Radar detector purchased -- next up: laser jammer/interceptor/VEIL

Alright guys just finished testing out my two recent purchases a Valentine V1 and Escort Redline. ... The V1 is going back and I'm keeping the Redline, simply because the range is ridiculous and will help keep me from getting tickets around my home area (they use KA, K band around north shore nassau county villages) -- So my next question is

Do any of you know anything about the product VEIL? and how it would work on an X5?

What about a laser jammer or interceptor. Looking for LIDAR protection but after the $500 spend on the detector, I would like to keep it as affordable as possible...

Anyone have any recommendations for a jammer? I know those run much cheaper than the 699$ BMW edition interceptor...

Thoughts??
