Brakes retrofit for e70

Would it be possible to retrofit brake calibers from new M3 or M2 ( 4 piston brembo calipers front and 2 piston rear brembo caliper ) on to the 08 x5 4.8i without ton of machine work ? Your feedback appreciated. Thank you.

Why, when the X5 M front calipers retrofit nicely (see signature). You'd have to fabricate a custom mounting bracket, and do all the calculations for piston sizing etc to see if the brake bias is affected.

Yes, I chose to run the stoptech lines, and you will need a new dust shield.

So what did you do to address brake bias? Does the X5M use the same rear brakes as a regular 4.8? Same master cylinder and proportioning valve?
