Advanced Notice of a Vehicle Safety Recall
That’s the title of a letter dated 28th November from BMW UK: Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Replacement. My 40d is about to get recalled again, it appears.
The letter states that the current cooler will be replaced with “an EGR Cooler first made available in October 2022 and the repair will be free of charge.”
Off to check the coolant level…
