just did a build on a 14 x5 diesel

It ran $5,500 more than my 13 with same opts

Have a sport Active. so priced a xline but looks like
if want the same dark headliner will have to go
with a m sport. Which will mean even more cost

have to have the comf dark tobacco seats again, so have to go with moca package,
need auto high beams so have to get the light package. Also have to have the dark
headliner a light color will not do. So to duplicate what I have in the 13 it came
out that much more. I only like my orion silver can not do the others so would also
see if BMW individual would be available to get a color outside of the basics. No
tellin what this would cost. Its not that would not pay the price, just options have
now are inside other packages. What will kill a F15 for me is the exterior colors,
if could not get an individual.

Going with the cheapest line. Luxury is $72,500. But don't like the
light headliner. Doing an M goes up to $75,000

13 X5 D not going for another 3 years. A year old almost, 2,500
miles. I was going to wait and order a 14 but studied all the spy photos
and changes weren't that big of deal. Overall still glad went ahead on
the 13, since to me the 14 just tweaked here and there on the exterior
and interior. Like said to duplicate all the options have on the 13, 14 would
have run allot more. Appears only way to keep the price comparable
would be a 2wd 3.5i.

Not sure what forum read, but 14 having allot of software problems on the
new systems.

???? are they doing diesel credits this year
