Don't know if there is an option code for ordering from new, but similar kits are listed as accessories. The F30 3 series has been out for a while. It has the same engine and hp as the F15, and that performance kit adds 20 hp for 1100 USD as advertised at dealers online. Not sure about transaction prices. This tune appears to take torque up to 450 nm, the rated limit for the ZF 8HP installed in x35 models.
Are you thinking of one? We have been mulling over a 35i in mineral white. Jeff

Ordered one 2 days ago. M-Sport Carbon black/black, premium package, premium seating, LED lighting. Probably won't be delivered until June. The power kit wasn't available on the system yet so hopefully I can update the order when it is.
