The grill style you see here is the next gen of BMW grills. Next-gen 7-series and future new BMW models will have this style.

this thread is a little old, but the pics in this one dont look anything like the spy pics, but this one looks good. WHAT HAPPENED??????

Change of plans by BMW. Initial plans were to have X6 start the new CS concept design cues. Now it will be F01 7-series to begin the CS style design. Inverse kidney grill, etc.
