I see it as a either a sportier, better handling, better looking X5

OR

A coupe with higher seating position, better visibility and better road presence.

It still has a ton of space (more than my E53 X5 has), I rarely ever have four other people in my car... it's simply perfect.
X5love,I agree completely with your logic.I considered an X5 prior to getting my X3.Although a fantastic "SAV" the X5 was just a little to trucky for me.The X6 designers had me in mind when they dreamed up the X6.I guess we'll all see if BMW can find enough of "me's and you's" to make a market for the X6.I hope they can.Thanks. rh71, Not to double up on LeMansX5,but I have seen the X6 up close on a couple of occasions. It is a very well done design:scale, street presence,height,width,etc...It really looks like a sedan sized automobile from a distance.I think you'll be pleasantly surprised when you see the X6 in person.Thanks.
