I just ordered my X6 50i MSRP came to $81,750. Got it for invoice plus $800...less $2,500 holiday cash. NH dealer.
Residual is 60% on 36 months, 12k miles per year (61% for 10k miles). Money factor was .0023 or 5.52%. Another dealer had money at .00245 or 5.88% so you can negotiate the rate.

Does anyone happen to know the January 2010 rates yet?
The $2500 lease cash is gone but the price of the advertised BMW X6 35i lease only went up $20 (including the 2010 MSRP increase). Either the residual went way up, the MF went way down, or a combination of both ...

Here are the JANUARY 2010 lease Rates for BMW. For sure the $2,500 holiday Cash is replaced by lower money factor rates. Risduals are actually lower in lieu of more agressive money rates. Seems Dec. programs with the cash were a bit better...
