Anyone out there unintensionally break their USB jack bc of it horrible location in the center armrest console? Had my 2011 X6 for 2 weeks and the jack just broke as I was plugging in my iPhone. The "tongue" as I'll call it broken off IN the USB dongle (is that how u spell "dongle"?). I had a similar issue with my 2007 X5 and the dealer implied it was my fault bc I put things in the center console compartment that hit the dongle while plugged in. How can they put that there, in a STORAGE COMPARTMENT and then imply we should put stuff in there. Hopefully the new dealer where I bought my car will understand and fix it for free.
