I actually did fold the seats down to take a large box for disposal. I thought it was going to be far less roomy in the back than it is. Seats however do not fold flat - though not too far off.

As far as dogs go, it depends on how big they are and if they like to move around a lot, in which case the X5 would probably be preferable.

Also keep in mind the rear of the x6 is quite higher vs the X5 & Cayenne

Well, they actually like to sit and look out the windows. One likes to lay down on long rides, so I am ok. I am going to get them a ramp either way. Or I am getting a 2010 535ixT. I found quite a few new ones left over. I think they would be much more comfortable. So, if I get the touring, can I still be in the club??

The Touring is a sweet car, but it won't be nearly as fun to drive as the X6 (or Cayenne). Having read your posts on this and other boards, I think you will get bored of the touring pretty quickly. If however, you do get one, you may still be in the club

You're right. Can't do anything today. that high priced toyota is in my garage, no buy-back, but the dealer is going to do something for me. I don't want another Lexus, so I guess they can pay down my lease, then I can trade it or sell it to carmax. I'll keep you posted. So, is the honeymoon over yet??? or do you still love it?

Bummer on the Lexus. Honeymoon is not over yet - still get a big grin every time I drive it :-)
