Ordering Question

Hey guys I've lurked around for awhile , but just today we test drove an X6M and it pretty much locked my pops into wanting the car. Anyway to make a long story short he's got a partnership coming up and and I was wondering if you can order the car say this coming week (to take advantage of the holiday stuff and so I can say we got it ) and have it locked in by the time the big bucks really roll in when the partnership goes through. And how paying works when you order, putting money up exc. or because you haven't taken ownership can you get it all built and then pay up
